Dear Patient: Your report suggests that you are having an atheromatous plaque in heart blood vessels. Its is small and not encroaching the vessel. If you are not having any kind of chest pains, you are on safe side, but you are in danger of heart attack. Consult your cardiologist at the earliest to have further management.

Dear Sir,
Thanks very much for the response. I am not having any chest pain now. However, couldn't understand the statement "you are in danger of heart attack" since the plaque is nonstenotic which I understood "does not obstruct blow flow". May I request you to clarify further please.
