About Hemodialysis

Dear Patient: Hi.

Dialysis need is decided based on the condition of the patient. If she is coherent and able to do her work she may not need dialysis.

However, I do not understand why you wish to postpone dialysis. Getting dialysis will prevent her from getting sick and prevent breathing difficulties in her.

Ideally, the Serum creatinine level should be less than 1. I recommend that you take her to a good Nephrologist and get her checked up. I hope this helps you. All the best.
