Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) also known as Lou Gehrigs Disease is progressive degeneration disorder that affects nerve cells of brain and spine. Motor neurons travel from brain to spine and from spine to muscles throughout the body, it is also sometimes called as Motor Neurone Disease (MND). The constant degeneration of motor neurons will lead to cease them leading to inability of brain and muscle movement. ALS results in difficulty to speak, swallow and breathe, this disease usually affects the ages around 60.

- Difficulty in breathing
- Difficulty in swallowing
- Speaking inability
- Eye movement inability
