Arthritis from 3 years

Dear Doctor: ?

Dear Patient: Your mother has no orthopedic problem. She has got neurological problem. With orthopedic problem her mouth will not be affected. She can not be managed at home. So, she needs to be admitted in critical care hospital under the care of a neurologist. Unfortunately, it will be very expensive. Medical science is still very primitive in many aspects. She probably has an autoimmune neurological disorder. I highly appreciate your love for your mother. She is very lucky to have children like you. Holy Quran says "Tum agar ek bar apane walidanko pyarse dekho to ek haj ka sawab ! Aur sau bar pyarse dekho to sau haj ka sawab !" Now from your history, chances of her recovery are less. You take the opinion of a physician, the one with M.D. in medicine or experienced M.B.B.S. doctor and follow it. Abhi tak pure duniyame gharko critical care deneki arrangement nahi hai. To my opinion you keep her at home only under the care of a family physician. She will be more happy to stay with you at home with you people, rather than in a hospital with doctors and sisters. But the opinion of your doctor is final.

Thank you for your reply. Why do you say that it is a critical condition? We have kept her under the supervision of the best of the bests doctors but as I told you we did not get satisfactory solution. Infact they only told us to take her home. When they say how do we decline? The general physician who visited our home last night ruled out any Paralysis attack. What made you to say it is a neurological problem (just for my knowledge). What would you personally suggest?

She has been sufferring from arthritis from last three years. So she can have multiple sclerosis. But unless you see the patient, you do not get the EXACT idea. KHUDA patient ko lambi umar de. Aur ALLAH ne chaha to wo thik ho jayegi. Such miracles do happen.
