Letroz 2.5 mg from sun company should give you same result as original expensive medication. However please read the side effects of letrozol. It may cause blood clots and may reduce bone density when used for prolong period. Alternatively consult a good experienced Radiation oncologist too. 4/5 week of radiotherapy may reduce the chances of local recurrence.
