Can sinusitis cause depersonalisation an

Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Per-se sinusitis is not known to cause depersonalisation and/or derealization.
Hence I would advise such a patient the following:
CT scan of the sinuses to know the exact position of the sinuses.
CT/MRI of the brain to rule out any pathological cause causing the problems that you mentioned.
Clinical evaluation by respective Specialists to get the exact cause and get exact management.
The cure depends upon many a factors from causative factors, investigations reports and management.
