Contunuous giddiness , imbalance

Dear Patient: Giddiness can have two reasons. The cause can be either in nervous system (brain and ear nerve) or in the Neck. I feel she has giddiness due to problem in the neck vertebrae. Usually in elderly post menopausal women there is a calcium deficiency affecting her bones and in this case neck vertebrae. I would suggest her to go with anti vertigo and calcium medications along with a soft cervical (neck) collar. Colihenz is a neuro protective and it improves cognition levels.
