There are many causes for increasing weight daily. As we age, our metabolism tends to decrease and we begin to gain weight. Also, there are a host of diseases which can cause obesity. Here are a few causes:
Thyroid disorders
Inactivity
Cushing's disease
Other Metabolic diseases

Regardless of the cause, the first line of treatment for obesity is diet and exercise. I recommend that you talk to a nutritionist or a personal trainer to get a diet plan. You can also research and design a plan for yourself. Stick to the plan. I would give you a plan but it would be too generic and may not work. If you give me more details about you like height, weight, daily schedule and work timings, I can help you.

I am 28 years old female, my weight is 67k.g. Height is 5.2\'\'

I feel weak and tired all the day, My thyroid test is negative and wondering what can I do to make myself fit and active.
If you can prescribe any diet plan or suggest someone who can prescribe please do

I did daily exercise till last year but from last one year I am not able do exercise, as i do some physical workout I get tired and can\'t motivate myself to do more

Please advice what else I can do
