ED Problem

Dear Doctor: ?

Dear Patient: Hi there PK,

I went through your problem. It seems that you had an issue with your sexual cycle in the form of erectile dysfunction secondary to hormonal imbalance. Currently again you are not achieving adequate erection despite your hormonal levels being normal. In this case there are three possibilities to be considered.
1) Your previous Doppler showed reduced arterial flow. this is one thing you have to look into for which you have to consult a urologist
2) It can be a primary erectile dysfunction. For this medication belonging to the class of PDE inhibitor ( eg- sildenafil) can be useful
3)In the back ground of mounting pressure for marriage, you might be having a bit of anxiety, with in turn will be producing the ED. drugs like fluoxetine will be useful.
