First stage of breast cancer

Dear Patient: Stage one breast cancer is Invasive duct/ lobular carcinoma (two Types of cancers that can happen in breast); which is localised at one site of breast and it is less than 2 cm in size without involving skin/ nipple/ areola/ chest wall; without spreading to axillary (armpit) lymph node (node). There should be no evidence of it spreading to other organs of body (checked by X ray chest, sonography abdomen-pelvis and serum alkaline phosphatase).
