The Sarvajanik Medical Trust, Surat With a noble aim to provide best medical treatment to the poor and needy patient, with the consent of three young enthusiastic doctors to spare an hour or two twice in a week a small dispensary Sarvajanik Dharmarth Dawakhana under the auspices management of Saiyedpura Muslim Association was declared open on 30th May 1969.Only 30 paise was charged for the Medicine and a Rupee one if an injection was to be given
