I have been a practicing Physiotherapist since 2005. with a post graduation specialization in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy from the University Of Melbourne, Australia, I could integrate my clinical practice with better levels of clinical reasoning, problem solving and explicit and judicious use of the current best research. As a child birth educator, I work with women during pregnancy and post delivery. The comprehensive pre and post natal programs conducted focus on the fitness, education and guidance to these women.
I have also partly completed my training as a Pilates Instructor. Pilates is a form of exercise that works on strengthening the core muscles. It increases your flexibility and develops longer, leaner muscles.
My aim at work is to direct my rehab towards optimising and enhancing function in my patient population and developing a stronger and fitter community.
