Well from the ecg and echo it is found that you have left ventricular hypertrophy and lvid(ed) shows that the diameter of the left chamber of heart after diastole is a bit on the lower side. Also you have mitral valve prolapse, that is some mild problem in the junction of the two left chambers of heart...
My advice will be to consult your CARDIOLOGIST immediately and he would advise you what to do now. He would prescribe medicines for chest pain and high BP.
