Don't visit this hospital to meet with Dr. Sanjay Kohli. He is just making money, he doesn't care about patients. I visited their to discuss my Heart problem. He advised me to take some test like ECG ang full blood test report. In his faith we did that in his hospital. At that time we asked him, if we came again just to show these reports to you than did they charge us consultation from us. He clearly says no they will not charge that. Today we visited hospital as my report came yesterday in evening and Doctor was not in Hospital to check reports (as per their reception staff). After checking everything they told us to pay the consultation. Over our question about Dr. Sanjay Kohli's word which he ignored clearly and said that consultation have to be pay. We paid that consultation. When my wife asked from him about my heart problem than we totally surprised that these test was not required to know the heart problem. He suggests us to do eco and angiography if we want to know the heart problems. We doesn't understand that why he gave me those medicines which i am taking from last 10 days and why he took those tests which totally not required for that. Its answer is very simple - just to make money nothing else. So guys don't visit to meet with Dr. Sanjay Kohli. I have all bills and prescription to show if someone thinks this is an fake review. I am not be able to give my number publically. Dr. Kalpana Kohli is very good. You can consult with her as she always taking care of everyone. And they always advice the right things.

DO NOT get trapped or fooled by these "AIIMS" doctors, they're simply exploiting public by their AIIMS tag. NO ethics, no professionalism followed here. My daughter visited this clinic with a lot of trust assuming that these AIIMS studied dentists would offer sincere, justifiable services but she was exploited. For a basic teeth cleaning, she was asked to pay 8000 rupees by Dr.Neha Singhal. We've been living in Delhi for decades and never ever I've paid 8000 for teeth cleaning. My daugher did the mistake of mentioning that she lives in the US and Dr. Neha grabbed that chance to loot her. The suction machine wasn't working, a dirty towel was placed over her especially during Covid time, the whole experience was a disaster. I was deeply saddened to hear her experience and thus wanted to report and alert others about the same. It's so disheartening to see how doctors can stoop so low just so to cover their own expenses by exploiting decent people. There's absolute no shame. I would be reporting this incident to Indian Dental Association (IDA). I cannot get my heard-earned money back nor does Dr. Neha Singhal has the audacity to refund the 'extra charges' she charged so I believe I did a charity to her and her family! Wonder, how long those 8000 rupees would last before she fools another patient.

Hi, We went to ILBS with the hope to save our brother(45 years) but never knew will lose him altogether. My brother had liver disease(Hepatitis C) but wen we went to hospital he was walking, talking to everyone. we got him admitted to ICU where we were charged whooping 1lakh rupees/day. In the morning, we spoke to him over videoconferencing and he was talking and recognizing us. By evening, they told us my brother has pneumonia and his kidney failed. we can't believe person who was ok in morning, he was put on ventilator and his organs started failing. we were not allowed to meet him even once for 1 whole day wen they quoted him as critical. isn't it our right to see our patient even once? Next day my brother was little better with stable heart rate and urine output(kidney is working). Very prestigious doctor suggested that we should get liver transplant done in less than 24 hours. is it possible to arrange a donor and arrange 25-30 lakhs in less than 24 hours. Next day wen we spoke to doctor she said i told you to get transplant done yesterday. now your patient is critical and its your responsibility. I came across at least 5 families in same hospital who had same story that patients were stable when admitted, now patient has pneumonia and kidney failed and patient is on ventilator. so many patients with exactly same story. something is definitely fishy with the hospital. at last stage before my brother passed away. he was vomiting blood and when we asked to clean his face off blood, response we received was what's d use cleaning when more blood will be vomiting. we are paying 1 lakh per day to hear such a response. Its a disgusting behavior on part of the staff and doctors! By inference to the whole ordeal was Doctors and staff are inhumane. we lost our loving brother with a bitter experience. I am sharing my experience as i really don't want people to go through this hell. We regret taking our brother to ILBS. Request you not to make the same mistake.

My father's legs are swelling. So we consulted local dr. We did kFT. In that test we got to know urea is increased. Then we went to dr. Rastogi. There he didn't even saw patient properly. He simply told do covid test. But my father isn't having single feature of corona. He told Once you do covid test then I will treat. For this he took ?1200. Ridiculous??. #faliure_neptune_hospital. No management at all pathetic.

Dr. Munjal treated my daughter. She had a problem of dry eyes. Very supportive doctors and staff.
