Hydronephrosis-upj obstruction

Dear Patient: Hello, hydronephrosis is because of obstruction to urinary flow , so it should be operated , not operating it would result in kidney damage which would effect the physical and mental development of patient . Open surgery will give a better vision to the patient , laparoscopic surgery will prevent scar formation , or only a small scar will be formed and causes less pain . Well the call for whether open or laparoscopy should be taken by the surgeon as it depends on experience of the surgeon in those areas , only a experienced surgeon in laproscopy can do it properly .
