Sir, I am 27 and it does not feel related to any heart trouble...I am more concerned about respiratory issues

A family physician would have given two tablets of Azitral 500 on empty stomach, followed by 500 mg twice a day for three days. Then one tablet once a day for next three days. With perhaps Tablet of Deriphyline Retard 150 mg twice a day. With perhaps Tablet Mucolyte twice a day and capsule becadexamine one tablet once a day. With Benadryl expectorant, three times a day.

Above dosage come under high dose regime and for weight above 60 kg for severe infection. Once the sputum becomes colorless, dose to be reduced to 500 mg once a day. Below 60 kg, a family physician would have advised two third dosage. ( 500 mg in morning and 250 mg in the evening.)
