I have enterococcus faecalis grown(30000 cfu). i have vomiting and fever side effects.

Dear Patient: You seem to have Urinary Tract Infection with Enterococcus faecalis. Usually few pus cells like 5-6 is not a worry, but you seem to have a milder infection. Epithelial cells are regularly shed in the tract. Whereas presence of RBCs is not a good sign. Fever and vomiting can be because of other reasons like any renal problem etc. Antibiotics in your case will be helpful provided you do not have other associated ailments. So, please get checked by a Urologist for further treatment.
