I have terrible body pains

Dear Patient: Hello, I am sorry that you are going through this agony, but being a allopathic doctor, let me assure you that allopathic medicines are safe if given in proper dose, in appropriate circumstances and by a trained physician. Most of the side effects of the allopathic medicines are monitored clinically and by lab investigations and they are reversible.

You must also understand the side effect of diseases while not taking medicines.

Now come to your problem, It is very difficult to to make a diagnosis with the above description. But it may be either Osteoarthritis or inflammatory arthritis. If you can tell me about some basic investigations like -ESR, CRP and Knee xay, I will be in a better position to tell you. But I think you should see a Rheumatologist as early as possible. Meanwhile avoid squating, alathi-palthi posture and do knee physiotherapy and hot water fomentation, and for pain-- take paracetamol 650 mg as and when required.
