Dear Patient: First You must tell how long you have this problem. Assuming that it is only for the last few days, this can be due to amoebic dyscentry, which is more common. You can get your stool examined in a laboratory (for routine check up). Take treatment with Metranidazole and you will be alright soon. If these symptoms are there for many days or weeks, then you need a thorough investigation by a gastro enteroplogist.

I have this problem from month. I have been to doctor. He told me that I have pancreatic .as my amylase report was little high 102. I took the medicine and it was little better. But after few weeks again the pain started. Left back pain. And 2-3 bowel movements in morning. Gas problem and little lower left abdominal cramp
