Mantoux Test Query

Dear Patient: Hi, firstly mantoux skin test is a tool used to diagnose tuberculosis. And it is usually read after 48-72hrs. You said you are on treatment for tuberculosis and thats good. Sometimes the swelling at the same site what you are referring to may be because of many other reasons. So, I would suggest you to go see your physician and continue treatment for tuberculosis.
