My test report says Low Haemoglobin is indication of infection in some parts of body and could be also Cancer.

Dear Patient: Hello,it is okay to loose 5 kgs in 6 months,if you are working on your diet.
you didn't mention me your age,cancer is rare before 50.
the ESR raise you are mentioning can rise even with moderate infection,generally cancer will raise ESR above 110.
blood cancer can occur between 30 to 50 years,but the numbers you mentioned here are not seen in blood cancer,in cancer any one of the parameter will raise very high.
blood Hb of 7.5 indicates a disease ,in males Hb should be above 12.
it could be because of occult blood loss,and loss of blood could be the reason for your weight loss.
And occult blood loss is something which couldn't be said without examining the patient,so you have to meet a good general physician who and discuss about everything i said in detail ,because i dont want you to take any chance with Hb 7.5.take care.
