Pain in my left spermatic cord.

Dear Patient: Hello,its okay because you are just 17 and if you have started masturbating recently it is common that you would develop a pain like this.
any ways if it still persists even after another one day then start an antibiotic like ceftriaxone 200mg twice daily for 5 days.
if it is associated with acidity take any antacid before break fast for 3 days.
if it doesnt subside in 3-5days after the course then you can meet a general surgeon or an venereologist as it needs a direct examination in that case.take care.
