Rash and mouth sores - 5 months post encounter

Thank you for your query.
I will reassure you that since you took HIV and VDRL at the end of 3 months, they have been ruled out.
Regarding your mouth sores, your dermatologist is the best person to guide you since she examined you physically.
Herpes sores are very typical, present in clusters and are very painful and also do not resolve on taking Allegra.

So considering it helped, it does not seem to be herpes sores.

Still you can go ahead and get yourself examined for HSV-1, IGG/IGM.
