I think that you should see a Doctor because I will not be able to give you medication which can help you. Assuming that you have a STD or a fungal infection, then you will need antibiotics of antifungals which are prescription only.

Also, you should see a Doctor to get a STD panel done. Once diagnosed, you should see a Doctor to get the diagnosis.
