EXCELLENT STROKE AND PARALYSIS CENTRE

Never go to this hospital, until unless you want to waste your HARD EARNING, SR.Doctor will not check the patient. you will pay for the room (like a hotel ) and medicine only. and the time of discharge, the medical store will not give you a bill and in the discharge documents, the name of the doctor will not be mentioned. You will get only one reply (PATIENT IS FINE AND HE OR SHE WILL GET WELL SOON.) Never check patient health history, as soon as the patient will admit they will start earning. you cannot buy medicine from outside ( buy from store available inside hospital campus)

Dr CK Jain is a money minded strict old school teacher always in angry and frustrated mood. God knows what problem she has. She needs commission from everywhere possible. I can say that as she recommended color Doppler ultrasound and we did it from star imaging and she said CiTy se kyu Nahi Kara , star se kyu Karaya they don't give correct report. MD in radiology of star can give wrong report. You have a tie up with CITY as u have one person sitting of that lab in your hospital that does not mean the other labs.will give wrong report. Everyone knows doctors get commission from the labs when test and scans are recommended. After 10days she wrote a ultrasound unnecessarily saying baby weight looks more from hospital. Your Radiologist of your hospital said CK Jain what was the need of this ultrasound Infront of my wife. Clearly wisible to anyone she wanted another 14 to 15 hundred rupees. I had a terrible experience as Hospital lacks professionalism. No one wants to do friendship with Doctors but they should make patient comfortable to discuss the problem , that's what is expected in real professionalism and it was surely lacking with CK Jain My wife was undergoing treatment with her and was expecting baby. We received call on 12th June 20 Friday afternoon to come in the evening for covid test for wife as she was in 9th month and was expecting baby and in the evening I visited there with my wife and honestly speaking the hospital was closed. The so called 24 hours hospital was closed and Watchman sitting outside said there is some emergency. I doubted there is some problem how can a 24 hours hospital gets closed ? After couple of hours I called and said that my wife is having pain and want to admit the Watchman picked and said rudely the hospital is closed call Tommorow and Delhi main 500 hospital hai go anywhere else. This is the reality which happened. After investigation I found that on 12 th June Delhi government announced that all hospitals having more than 10 beds are mandatory required to admit and reserve 60% of covid patients and Hemraj Jain hospital dicountinued it's operations on that day coz they did not wanted to follow this rule. After 2 days on Sunday when Delhi government took back this order they resumed the operations of the hospital and we received call to come for the test and consultantion. This is how 50 years hospital operates. By god grace we admitted to another nursing home in Vikas Puri at last and my wife delivered healthy baby . Not recommended to go there and risk your life as they can shut down the hospital anytime they want .

Her knowledge is good but unfortunately she doesn't know how to communicate with pregnant woman i personally felt she is very negative

JP Hospitals Used to be the best hospital but now number 1 worst hospital ever. Just now I took my mother as she was feeling very tired and naesia when reached hospital at about 9:30 pm there were no patients in lobby we are the only patient at the time so called Mr duty doctor was sleeping inside the room then staff made him to wake up and he was very arrogant to my mother asking to come in the morning as he is also a human. We know he is human but he is on duty so it's his duty to attend the patient. He not even went near to the patient. BP checkup and injection was done by nurse and he has writen a prescription with 5 different tests simply as he has to write something as prescription. He is not suitable to be a human being not sure how he appointed as doctor by respectable Dr Jayaprasad sir. Very disappointed sir.
