The Sawai Man Singh Hospital is the biggest government hospital in the state and one of the major hospitals of Jaipur in the state of Rajasthan. This 1563-beddedgovernment hospital which contains 43 wardsis run by a team of 255 doctors and 660 support staff. The hospital, which was constructed in 1935, is named after Sawai Man Singh II, the then King of Jaipur. Thehospital, which is attached to the Sawai Man Singh Medical College,provides practical training to students.
