Sonds coming in ears

You're experiencing tinnitus ( continuous ringing in the ears ), there are lots of possible causes such as infection, trauma, acoustic trauma, e.t.c
If it is persisting beyond a day or two it is better to be evaluated by an ENT specialist who can check your ear with an otoscope, and ear drum abnormalities or rupture has to be ruled out.

Please get it evaluated.
