Spots on penis

Dear Patient: There can be discoloration on the skin of the penis due to various reasons. It can be due to hormonal changes or due to friction. Observe for any change in their size whether they are increasing in size. also notice any change in the texture of the skin... any roughness or flaking etc. This can be a fungal infection. An ulcer will be a wound. I don't think you have one. I would suggest you to visit a urologist/andrologist if it persists.
