Tenderness at armpit ;neck; chest that may be due to abdominal issue

Dear Doctor: ?

Dear Patient: Hello,
Thank you for your query at Sehat.com
From the reports that you have sent, ( you did not mention the total count), but the differentials are fine, only the neutrophils are increased in number denoting an active infection. Sometimes even in absence of infection, they can increase, it is a physiological response.

The type of pain you described around the chest wall, seems to be due to costochondritis, where there is inflammation around the ribs, and the pain radiates upwards.

It is normally self resolving, but if the pain still persists, I recommend you to consult a physician. He might ask you to take a combination painkiller for a week, ( Aceclofenac + Paracetamol + Serratiopeptidase ) such as Hifenac-P SR which is to be taken twice daily after food for 7 days.

Always consult a doctor in person before taking any medications.
