Thick blood type liquid coming out from breast

Dear Patient: Hello it is blood discharge which is seen in Paget's disease of breast and in malignant lesions of breast . Paget's disease can transform into a malignant lesion , you have to meet a general surgeon and under go a mammography , which will diagnose it . If it is a malignant lesion , don't worry there are many surgical solutions like radical mastectomy , modified radical mastectomyetc. Make sure that you meet surgeon as soon as possible .

You will need to visit an oncosurgeon and get investigated to rule out the possibility of cancer. If it turns out malignant then surgery with chemo/radiation can be planned to avert the problem. Once this process is complete then breast reconstruction can be considered.
