Too much fatigue and tiredness

Sir, thanks for the reply........I have tested lots of blood tests under advice with doctor(Endocrinologist, MD Medicine)...out of that it appears insufficient level of SGOT,SGPT, Vitamin D...I have also hypothyroidism.....I had General Anxiety disorder....medicines for this I am taking regularly but my problems don't remove......now my main problems is fatigue,tiredness and a gnawing aching sensation in my both legs....sometimes it very severe after little leg movement(work).....what it is...please help me...how could I relief from these...

In the year 2015, I had been diagnosed \'\'Chronic Inflammatory Polyrediculo neuropathy\'\' read with the EMG NCV test. My chief complaints was fatigue, tiredness and mild irritation in both legs. Corticosteroides(Tab Omnacortil) was prescribed for a month after that Capsule Ándaman Noni\'\'. But significant improvement of the fatigue was archived. I have some psychiatric disorder too like Anxiety, panic disorder. I am very feared about any health issue. I was not sure about my fatigue complaints whether it was actually or its my obsession. My doctor discontinued the treatment and said no need to worry, some people have CIDP with no significant problems. last three years I was almost normal except few anxiety episode and tiredness. Even I forgot the term \'\'CIDP\'\' too. But last night the term again came to my mind and feeling panicky again. Again I am feeling tired and mild weakness in back side of my legs. I want to know how a old \'\'CIDP\' case can affect my life and what I should do now? Am I again start doctor visit? How much dangerous this CIDP. help me please.
