Ulcer on my penis

Dear Patient: Ulcer on the penis could be due to bacterial or fungal infections. Rarely it can be due to viral infection which may turn malignant. It could just then be a case of lowered immunity. The lab tests that will help you decide are a CBP, CUE complete urine examination,, stool examination for the presence of any cysts or ova. You can go to an ICTC HIV testing centre near you and get confirmation. do not worry. Please do consult a physician for further follow up as an examination by physician would be of great help.
