Dear Patient: Hello,

Welcome to the Sehat.com

I can understand your attached prescription image.

Following is my opinion for that.

You might have uncontrolled diabetes for which you have been prescribed 2 main drugs.

1) One drug contain Empagliflozin which remove glucose through Kindey in urine.

2) Second drug contain sitagliptin and Metformin.

Sitagliptin is DPP4 inhibitor and help in reducing sugar.

Metformin also lower glucose but it mainly reduce glucose after taking meal and it's one of the best drug for obesity associated diabetes.

So you can continue with prescribes medicines.

Take more water and low glycemic foods.

Avoid high fatty diet, pizza, fast foods, junk foods and fried non vegetarian.

Hope I have answered your question

Let me know if I can assist you further

Regards
