What can I do my sgot & sgpt is high ?

Thanks for your query.
Noted your short history and the report.
Liver functions like Bilirubin, SGOT and SGPT are mildly raised.
Alkaline Phosphatase is normal.
I would advise you the following:
Noral high fiber food - but no oily spicy things.
Take B-complex with multivitamins and minerals once a day.
Vitamin C 500 once a day.
Take bed rest for early recovery.
Repeat the liver function tests after 3 days and if it is increasing or if you develop symptoms like loss of appetite, itching, visible jaundice or anything that was not normal for you then consult your Doctor for clinical examination and additional investigations.
Blood tests for type of hepatitis.
Urine test.
Ultrasound of abdomen.
Additional prescription based hepatoprotective medicines and any other specific medicine.
