Why do i face problem in speaking words though i know the correct words.

Dear Patient: I can understand your problem. the reason lies in the initiation of speech. Its cause is in the brain. You can improve that by continuous practice. Try practicing difficult words and try to practice tongue twisters. Gradually, you can see improvement. Whenever you go for a speech, do a warm up by talking to someone.
