I m having type 2 DM with avg PPBS 217

Dear Patient: Mr. ashok your ppbs of 217 is high enough to cause micro and macrovasular long term complications like retinopathy, neuropathy etc. So strict blood sugar control is a must for uou. Readjustment of allopathy medicine is needed, besides you haven't mentioned about your diet. so a strict low carbohydate and low fat diet is also highly recommended besides exercise.
