Mix together 1 cup of spinach leaves, 1 tsp honey and enough oil. You can use olive or castor or coconut oil. Blend them into a smooth paste. Make sure it’s not too thick or runny, but has the right consistency. Apply this paste on your scalp and hair for at least 30 minutes. Rinse it off with water and shampoo.
