Challa Nursing home was started in 1984 and has successfully treated over 50,000 in patients. Over the years they have performed more than 25,000 surgeries. Having run the nursing home all these years Challa Nursing home have realized that a slot for an affordable multi specialty hospital whose pricing would be at least 50% less than in a corporate hospital was lacking in the city, as the middle class is unable to afford the cost of health care at that level. With the intention of filling this slot Challa Nursing home have now gone for an expansion of Challa nursing home re-naming it as Challa Hospital. Challa Hospital has now been expanded with the addition of 25000sq.feet of built up area to the already existing 20,000Sq.feet, now making it a total of 45,000Sq.feet of built up area to accommodate 100 beds.
