Fernandez Hospital has been making rapid strides in the areas of Fetal
Medicine and Gynaecology.  Personnel and medical equipment have been
enhanced to cope with the growing volumes of patients in both
departments.  The need for additional space also prompted the setting up
of the new Unit 4 at Hyderguda which was inaugurated on 25th April,
2013.
 
This new Out Patient facility houses the consolidated
Fetal Medicine Unit, complete with the full range of ultrasonography
equipment. The facility also caters to child vaccinations within a
centralized set-up.
