The Diet Elixir program is founded with 14 years experience of Ruma Saha, in the field of Food and Nutrition. Completed her Master’s in Food and Nutrition (SKRAU,BIKANER). Cleared UGC-NET LS,2008. In Starting of her Career she was associated with various Research Project (Gov. of Rajasthan), 2007 in the field of FOOD & NUTRITION & In various Institution absorb as a Nutrition Lecturer. later exhale her career as Clinical Nutritionist with various prestigious healthcare institutions since 2012 till now. Worked as Ex Dietician for special need children in SHISHUMANGAL, VLCC wellness & VIBES Healthcare ltd.

Awards and accreditions:

Won the young scientist award in 28th Biennial National conference of the HASI on “Impact of Social change and technological advancements on family and community” on Jan 7th-9th, 2010 at Kolkata.

Guest Speaker in various organization- health and wellbeing.

Importantly, DIET ELIXIR programmes are designed to be RESULT ORIENTED with sustainable approach and overall wellbeing.
