When thinking about cinnamon one might think about putting it on toast in the morning or even using it to mix with some favorite cooking recipes. Simply speaking instead of the blood sugar being stored as fat it is now one’s energy being produced.
By creating this process of activation the body’s cells are now able to absorb glucose. Oxygen that is taken in is used for mixing in and now there is more energy than in the past. The body no longer has the option for storing it in the fat cells and saving it for an emergency. This is how weight is put onto the body.
